Treatment Programs

A)      Central West Eating Disorder Program

Central West is one of seven regional treatment programs across Ontario, funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care to provide specialized eating disorder treatment. The Central West Eating Disorder Treatment Program is comprised of six treatment programs including Credit Valley Hospital (Mississauga), Halton Healthcare Services (Trafalgar Memorial Hospital site, Oakville), William Osler Health Centre (Brampton Campus), Cambridge Memorial Hospital, Community Mental Health Clinic (Guelph), and Grand River Hospital (Kitchener).

The Region of Peel is within the catchment area for the Central West Region. All referrals for OHIP-funded assessment for Peel residents should be directed to the appropriate treatment program as listed below.
